The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shall be as

Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a tirst-rate
banking establishment approved by the Ministre in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. I l of the TENDER file, of an arnount of: 2,-100,000CFA and valid for Thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 04/06/2025 at am local time bv the TENDER Board of the Contracting Authority in ALOLI Council Office, in the presence of the hidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).

Bidders shah be bound by their bids for a period of ninety (90) davs with effect from the date of opening of bids.
