Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including one (1) original copy and six (6) duplicates marked as such shall Call for Tender Support Unit (room 226, 2nd floor) of the Regional Delegation of Public Contracts for the Centre, no later than 06th february 2017 at 12 0’clock local time and shall be labelled as follows :

The maximum delivery deadline set by the Contracting Authority shall be 30 (thirty) days as from the date of notification of the service order to supply the car.

The order letter shall be awarded to the bidder with the lowest bid and fulfilling the technical and administrative requirements. All bids which do not conform with the Quotation demand will be declared.
The opening of bids shall take place in one phase on 06th february 2017 at 1:00 PM by the Tenders Board of ‘’delegation regional des marches publics du centre’’ in the Conference Hall. Only bidders can attend the bid opening session or be represented by a person of their choice having sound knowledge of the bid under his/her responsibility.
