PROCEDURE); Project Owners: FOR THE REHABILITATION OF 36M BRIDGE OVER RIVER BETSUE
LINKING MBETTA AND NJOAGWI IN IN IVIENJI MUNICIPALITY, FONTEM SUB - DIVISION,
LEBIALEM DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION FOR 2025
The works comprise notably:
· Installations;
- Site installation;
- Provision for Security;
· General Preliminary works / earthworks; Clearing of vegetation; Tree felling;
- Access (way in) tilt;
Grading and compaction of access road;
· Foundation — Embankment — Piles — Beams — Deck Excavation and opening of river bed;
- Backfilling;
Demolition of concrete structures;
Reinforced concrete of dosage 350kg/m3; formworks;
· Signalisation and Security - Guard rail
- Metallic sign board; - Wooden Beacon;
· Painting
Anti-corrosive paint; Oil paint;
Bituminous paint;
· Traffic
- Deviation and traffic maintenance.

The estimated budget inclusive of taxes is forty million (40,000,000) FCFA.

The maximum time frame provided for the execution of the works forming the subject of this invitation to tender is three (03) months, with effect from the date of notification of the service order to commence works.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, and of an amount of Eight Hundred Thousand (800 000) FCFA which is valid for Ninety (90) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on Friday 20 June 2025 at 1 lam local time in the Conference Hall, at the Menji council office by the competent Tender board, in the presence of the bidders or duly authorized representatives having full knowledge of the file (power of attorney).
Elintinatory criteria
Any bid not meeting with the requirements of the Tender File will be declared inadmissible. The eliminatory criteria are identified as follows:
· Forged documents in the Tender Files;
· History of bad execution of similar work or on-going legal suit with Government;
· Lack of bid bond or false bid bond;
· Absence of attestation of site visit signed by honour by the bidder;
· Non respect of models of Tender file;
· A technical score of less than 70%,
· Non-respect of 3 essential criteria;

The contract shah be awarded to the bidder whose bid will be judged essentially in compliance with the Tender File and who has the required technical and financial capacities to execute the contract satisfactorily and whose financial offer was evaluated as the lowest by including, where necessary, proposed rebates
