The Lord Mayor of MBENGWI Council, Delegated Jobbing ordering Authority hereby launches a Request for Quotation for the Supply of COVID-19-19 EQUIPMENT to the MBENGWI Council in MBENGWI Sub Division of MOMO Division in the North West Region.

The services of this request for quotation include the supply of Hygiene and Sanitation Equipment, Suzuki truck for dirt collection. Purchase of clearing Machines (02), Purchase of Face Masks, COVID 19-19 Buckets with taps for hand washing. Hand Sanitizers, Supply of disinfectant to disinfect the entire community, Supply of labour to disinfect the entire community.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 11,666,666(Eleven million, six hundred and sixty six thousand, six hundred and sixty six francs).

The work is as follows: Supply of COVID-19-19 EQUIPMENT to MBENGWI Council.

Participation to this consultation is open to Small and Medium Size Enterprises with proven experience in  domain

This project shall be financed by MINDDEVEL COVID-19 Fund 2020

The file may be consulted and obtained at the MBENGWI Council, Mayor's Secretariat with effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non refundable fee of 23,000 (Francs CFA Twenty three thousand Francs) into the MBENGWI Council Municipal Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the tender file.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond Issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry In charge of finance and whose list Is found in this Consultation File, ofan amount 233.335 CFA (Two Hundred and thirty three thousand, three hundred and thirty five Francs) CFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.
