This National Invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises that have proven their ability in the execution of such works.
The works which form the subject of this Invitation to Tender shall be financed by the State 2025 Budget.
Interested Bidders can consult the Tender File at the General Manager's Office (Room 209), CDC Head Office during working hours (7.30 a.m to 4 p.m) Mondays to Fridays as from 11/6/25
Bidders can collect complete Tender Documents from the General Manager's office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 am to 4pm) Mondays to Fridays as from 11/6/25 upon the payment of a non-refundable sum of 100,000 fcfa to ARMP Special Account No. 9756866000-1-28 with BICEC- Cameroon.
Complete offers written in either English or French and in Seven copies (One Original and Six Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be deposited at the General Manager's Office on or before the 2/7/25 at 1.00 pm local time.
The sealed envelope should carry the inscription:

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at eight (8) Weeks
10. shall provide Bid Bonds as follows:-

Bidders shall provide Bid Bonds issued by a Financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11. The Bid Bonds shall have a validity period of 120 days from the date the bids are opened. Bids that do not conform with this invitation to tender shall be rejected.

The Bid Opening session shall take place at the Internai Tenders Board Office opposite CDC Head Office Bota-Limbe on the 2/7/25 at 2.00 pm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder is allowed to attend the bid opening session.
Bids shall be rejected when:
- Incomplete Technical/financial offer
- They have falsified documents or false declarations
- There is non-conformity of an administrative document 48hrs after
Bid opening
-There is absence and or non-conformity of Bid bond (The Bid bond shall have a seal and a manuscript)
- They do not conform to the technical specifications
