Within the framework of Public Investment Budget for 2017 the Mayor of Buea

Council, Contracting Authority, hereby launches a Request for Quotation for: The supply of equipment to some Institutions in the Buea municipality supply of equipment to the Women Empowerment Center (W.E. C) Buea

The supplies comprise notably: supply of equipment, handling, setting up and acceptance.

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 10,000,000 (Ten Million) FCFA, all taxes inclusive

The supply is in One (1) Lot as follows: Supply of equipment to the Women Empowerment Center (W.E.C) Buea

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises or companies that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

Supplies which form the subject of this invitation to tender, shall be financed by Public Investment Budget of the 2017 financial year, budget head Number

1. 10.     The file may be obtained from the office of the Private Secretary to the Mayor o Buea Council as soon as this notice is published against a payment of a non refundable sum of Twenty-five thousand (25.000) FCFA payable at the Buea Council Treasury.

Each bid drafted in English or French in Seven (07) copies including one (1) original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the office of the Private Secretary to the Mayor of Buea Council not later than 06^Ih of June 2017 at 12 noom and should carry the inscription:

1. 1.         Execution Deadline

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shall be as follows: Two (02) months

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on 06`^hof dune 2017 at 1pm local time by the Buea Council Tenders Board in the Buea Council Chambers.

Only bidders may attend or be duly represented by a person with a written authorization and with a sound knowledge of the tender file.

Non-compliance with the model tender;

¨      Absence of prospectus accompanied by the technical sheets from the manufacturer;

The non-respect of X number of criteria (X being above or equal to 2) shall cause the elimination of the bid.

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the least evaluated financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for Ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
