15.1       Eliminatory Criteria
 
1      Incomplete administrative file or other non-compliant administrative document;
2      Incomplete financial file (confer RPAO, Financial Envelope, Page 34);
3      A number of Yes lower than twenty (20) for all essential criteria;
4      Production of a falsified document or false declaration;
5      Absence of a quantified unit price;
6      Absence of declaration on honour of non-abandonment of contract for the past three (03) months and non-appearance on the list of failing companies;
7      Refusal to take into account the corrections made by the analysis sub-committee.

15.1       Eliminatory Criteria

6. Lack of the technical sheet for the lamps offered;
7. Service life of the proposed lamps less than 75,000 hours
8. Absence of declaration on honour of non-abandonment of contract for the past three (03) months and non-appearance on the list of failing companies;
9. Refusal to take into account the corrections made by the analysis sub-committee.
