The Government of Cameroon has received funding from the World Bank to finance the cost of the Local Governance and Resilient Communities Project (PROLOG). As part of its implementation, PROLOG has signed an agreement with the Northwest Regional Assembly Council to build community and inter-communal infrastructure. To this end, the Northwest Regional Assembly intends to use part of the sums granted under this agreement to make the payments provided for under the contract relating to Project of Improvement of infrastructure and equipment at GTHS NKWEN to enhance teaching and learning conditions for staff and students
Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” of february 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

As soon as the invitation to tender is published, the contract award documents (DAO) will be made available to all the pre-qualified bidders, either at their request to the North-West Regional Assembly or the PROLOG National and Regional Unit or via the internet link indicated in the invitation to tender.
All bids will be accepted only if they present a receipt for payment of thirty thousand (30,000) CFA francs, non-refundable, to the treasury of the North-West Regional Assembly .
Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers' representatives at the above-mentioned addressNWRAITBHALL on 18/ JUIL/2025
The execution period for the works is Four (04) months. A description of the qualification criteria to be met by tenderers is given in section III (Evaluation and qualification criteria).[1]
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond issued by a first-class bank or a Non-banking establishment approved by the Ministry of Finance, the list of which appears at the end of the tender documents, for an amount of 6.000.000 (six million) CFA Francs and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the expiration date of the offers.
Tenders must be delivered to the address below no later than 18/JUIL/2025 at 10:00AM time 00 minute. Submission of tenders by electronic means will not be permitted. Any tender arriving after the deadline for submission of tenders will be rejected.
