1.Objet New(Additif)

Within the framework of the 2025 budget of the Presidential Plan for the Reconstructh7 and Development of the NW/SW Region (PPRD), the Senior Divisional Officer for Manvu Caltractin Authority, hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER 13) -MERGENCY PROCEDURE FOR THE REHABILITATION/RECONSTRUCTION OF Tiff WARDS AT THE MAMFE DISTRICT HOSPITAL MAMFE SUB-DIVISION, MANYU

SOUTH WEST REGION as follows:

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The work comprises of the preliminary studies carried out and the detail information provided in the technical specification and the quantitative estimates                

 

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The provisional amount for the abovementioned project is T hundred million francs (200,000,000) CFA

4.Participation et origine New(Additif)

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirement5 the invitation to tender.

5.Financement New(Additif)

This project shall be financed by the relevant credit allocation in the PPRD 2025 PIB of th,. Republic of Cameroon as per the imputation

6.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)

The tender file can be consulted and obtained as from the date of publication of this invitation tender, at the Secretariat of the department in charge of Contracts at the office SDO Manyu MINMAP Manyu and MINEPAT Manyu as soon as this notice is published.

The Bids shaH be opened in the Conference Hall of MINEPAT Mat 22/07.12025 at 10; 00 AM. At the opening of the bids by the Divisional tenders' board, any bid t shall not conform to the prescription of the tender documents shall be rejected out-right especially those lacking any required administrative documents and the guaranteed deposit, why must be originals or copies certified by a competent Authority at the place of issue of the original

A bidder with ongoing project(s) which has/have exhausted the contractuel duration as certifif,»:

the DO MINMAP MANYU,

A bidder without an Attestation of non-abandonnent of Public Contracts issue(' by the,

MINMAP MANYU.

A bid that is not registered in the bidder's register.

A bid with the externe! envelope carrying a sign or mark leading to the identification of the bidde:.

A bid with documents mixed up in one envelope.

A bid without the required number of copies.

Any forged administrative documents.

Absence or insufficient bidder's guarantee deposit.

Absence or non-compliance of one document of the administrative file

8.3Financial file

Eliminating criteria

-A quantity in the bill of quantities not in conformity with the tender specification (DAO) -Absence of a sub-detail of unit price;

-It has any fake or forged document; -Absence of quantified unit price.

-It carries any false information.

-Falls under suspension by MINMAP

-Deadline for delivery higher than prescribed;

-Non-respect of 75% of essential criteria;

-External envelope carrying a sign to identify bidder;

14.Attribution New(Additif)

According to article 33(1) (a) of the Public Contract Code,

Delegated contracting authority shall award the contract to the bidder whose bid is judged conform with the essential of the tender specifications, and who has submitted the most coher bid and the lowest bidder. However inconsistent and unrealistic financial offers shall not accepted

The bidders shall remain committed to their bid for days from the deadline of the submission of bids.
