As part of the road improvement campaign for the year 2025, 2024 and 2025, the Mayor of the Municipailty of Bana Contracting Authority, launches an Open National Invitation to Tender for the exécution of the development works by periodic ntenance of some sections of road in the Western Région, Uper -Nkam Division.

This work will consist of the development by periodic ntenance of the roads concerned.

It will be a combination of High Intensity Methods of HIEQ Equipment and High Intensity of Labor (HIMO). It is préférable to use the local workforce bordering the said roads to ensure the maximum économie benefits of the project for the benefit of these populations. In this connection, the association of road committees set up as part of the project will be highiy appreciated.

This work includes the following opérations, the list of which is not exhaustive

The Works are divided into one (01) single lot as follows

Participation is open on equal terms to all companies or groups of public works companies located in Cameroon.

The Works subject of this invitation to tender are financed by MINTP's Public Investment Budget, Fiscal Year2025,

The Tender File can be consulted at the private Secrétariat of Bana Council.

Submission is off line

The bidding documents can be consulted or removed during business hours upon publication ofthis notice at the Général Secrétariat of Bana Council, on présentation of the original receipt of payment to the Municipal Recipe of Bana. Anon-refundable sum of one hundred thousand (100,000) CFA francs for the cost ofthe purchase ofthe file. This receipt must identify the payer as representing the Company wishing to participate in the Tender

In Normal procédure for carrying out development work by ntenance of certain sections of road In the Western Région, Department of UPER NKAM.

FINANCING: BIP MINTP, Fiscal Year 2025, Road Fund Line.

"To be open in session of counting"

The term of exécution of the work is 04 (Four) months. This period runs from the date of notification of the service order to start work.

Tenders must be accompanied, for each lot applied for, a provisional bond (bid guarantee) established according to the model indicated in the Tender File by a first-rate banking institution approved by the Minister of Finance. The amount in FCFA of the said guarantee is mentioned in the table below:

The provisional guarantee will be released automatically at the latest30days after the expiry of the validity of the offers for the unsuccessfui tenderers. In the event that the tenderer is awarded the contract. the provisional guarantee will be released after constitution of the définitive guarantee.

Tenders received after the date and time of submission of tenders or those which do not respect the method of séparation of the financial tender from the administrative and technical offers will not be accepted.

Under penalty of rejection. the required administrative documents must be produced in originals or certifled true copies by the issuing service, in accordance with the stipulations of the Supplementary Régulations of the Invitation to Tender. They must obligatorily date from less than three (03) months to the initial date of delivery of the offers.

Tenders received after the date and time of submission of tenders or those which do not respect the method of séparation of the financial tender from the administrative and technical offers will not be accepted.

^ Note technique inférieure à 80% (quatre-vingt pourcent) de « OUI » ;

^ Non présentation de la caution de soumission à l'ouverture des offres ;

^ Entreprise interdite de la Commande publique ;

^ Caution de soumission non timbrée ;

^ Absence de la charte d'intégrité datée et signée ;

^ Non-conformité des offres.

NB: Any public officiai listed on the staff who has not submitted al! the documents likely to justify his release from the Public Service will be considered invalid.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer submitting the lowest evaluated bid and fulfllling the required administrative, technical and financial capacity.

Bidders ren bound by their offer for ninety (90) days from the initial date set for the submission of bids.
