Within the framework of execution of 2025 year Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Bana Council, Council, Contracting Authorithy on behalf of the Ministry of Decentralization and development local an Open NAtionalInvitation to tender for the construction of one municipal motel in Bana council, Upper- Nkam division

The Works to be realized in this présent contract includes the following:

- Preparatry works ;

- Levelling Works ;

- Foundations ;

- Elévation works ;

- Framework and roofing ;

- Metalic-work ;

- Electricity ;

- Painting ;

- Gutter.

The estimated cost of the opération following prior studies stand is thirty five millions (35 000 000) FCFA ail taxes.

The works shall be mone (01) lot defïned as follows: for the construction of municipal motel in BANA council, upper-Nkam division

Works Financing subject of this invitation to tender shalI be financed by the Public Investment Budget (PIB), exercise 2025.

The tender tile can be obtained from the during working hours at the Particular Secrétariat of the Mayor of BANA Council, as soon as this notice is published against payment of a non refundable deposit sum of 75 000 (seventy fîve thousand) francs CFA payable at BANA municipal Treasury.

Each offer drafted in French or English in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Particular Secrétariat of the Mayor of BANA Council not later than the 11 JUILLET 2025 at 11 o'clock 00 p.m and should carry the inscription:

The maximum exécution deadiine provided for by the Project Owner for the exécution of Works subject of this tender shal! be/our (04) months.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first ratebank whith the reçeipt de la caisse de dépôts et de consignation Approved by the Ministry ofFinance featuring on the listing document 12 ofthe Tender File of an amount 700 000 (seventy hundred thousand) FCFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of the validity of the offers.

Under pain of being rejected, the Provisional bid bond required shall be produced in original.

Under pain of belng rejected, the administrative documents required, must be produced in originals or true certified copies by the issuing service or administrative authority in accordance with the spécial conditions ofthe invitation to tender. They must be delivered three (03) months before the submission of offers or three months after the launching of this national invitation to tender. Any offer not in confonnity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall be declared inadmissible, especially the absence of administrative document.

Bids shall be opened in one phase. The administrative, technical and financial bids shall be opened on 11 JUIL 2025 at 12 o'clock 00 p.m. by the Internai Procurement Commission attached to the BANA council. This will be donc at the Délibérations hall in the presence ofbidders or mandated représentatives, who have a perfect knowledgc of the bids.

The contractingauthonty will award the contracls to the bidder whose bid is evaluated to be the least cost, fulfilling the technical and financial capacities required. Bldders who présent anormally low bids would be disqualified following régulation in place which prescribes obtention the expertise of Public Contract Rcgulatory Agency (PCRA) aftcrseeking explanation from the bidder conceraed.

The successful bidder is invited toprésent as soon as possible after signing of the award décision, than

within seven days and under penalty of annulment of thaï décision awarding the Frivate Secretary of the

Mayor of BANA for the establishment and the subscription of its market.

Failure to appear, the contract is awarded to the nexf.

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
