The Works to be realized in this présent contract includes the following:

- PLOMBERIE-SANITAIRE

- REVETEMENT

- ELECTRICITE ET FOURNITURE GROUPE ELECTROGENE

- PEINTURE

- MENUISERIE BOIS-METALLIQUE ET VITRERIE

The estimated cost of the opération following prier studies stand is thirty thousands millions (13 000 000) FCFA ail taxes

The Works shall be in one (01) lot defined as follows: for the construction of municipal motel in BANA council, upper-Nkam division

Participation in this Invitation to tender is opened to ail Cameroonian enterprises having skills in the field of buildings and public works and which justify adéquate skills in the area concemcd.

Works subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget (PIB), exercise 2025.

The tender file can be obtained from the during working hours at the Particular Secrétariat of the Mayor of BANA Council, as soon as this notice is published against payment of a nonrefundable deposit sum of 25 000 (twenly five thousand) francs CFA payable at BANA municipal Treasury.

Each offer drafted in French or English in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Particular Secrétariat of the Mayor of BANA Council, not later than the 11/07/2025 at 11 o'clock 00 p.m and should carry the inscription:

The maximum exécution deadline provided for by the Project Owner for the exécution of Works subject of this tender shall befour (04) months.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first ratebank whith the reçeipt de la caisse de dépôts et de consignation Travaux d'aménagement de la case communautaire de BANA 

Approved by the Ministry of Finance featuring on the listing document 12 of the Tender File of an amount 260 000 (two hundred and sixty thousand) FCFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of the validity of the offers.

Under pain ofbeing rejected, the Provisional bid bond required shall beproduced inoriginal.

Under pain of being rejected, the administrative documents required, must be produced in originals or true certified copies by the issuing service or administrative authority in accordance with the spécial conditions of the invitation to tender. They must be delivered three (03) months before the submission of offers or three months after the launching of this national invitation to tender. Any offer not in confonnity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall be declared inadmissible, especially the absence of administrative document.

Bids shall be opened in one phase. The administrative, technical and financial bids shall be opened on 11/07/2025 at 12 o'clock 00 p.m. by the Internai Procurement Commission attached to the BANA council. This will be done at the Délibérations hall in the presence of bidders or mandated représentatives, who bave a perfect knowledge of the bids

The contracting authority will award the contracts to the bidder whose bid is evaluated to be the least cost, fulfilling the technical and fmancial capacities required. Bidders who présent anormally low bids would be disqualified foiiowing régulation in place which prescribes obtention the expertise of Public Contract Regulatory Agency (PCRA) after seeking explanation from the bidder concemed.

The successful bidder is invited to présent as soon as possible after signing of the award décision, than within seven days and under penalty of annulment of that décision awarding the Private Secretary of the Mayor of BANA for the establishment and the subscription of its market.

Failure to appear, the contract is awarded to the next, 

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for ninety (90) days ffom the deadline set for the submission oftenders.
