1.            The National Coordinator of the Rice Value Chain Development Project (RVCDP) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of infrastructure maintenance equipment in two lots as follows.

N/B:  Bidders can bid for more than 01 lot but can be attributed more than one lot only on the condition the bidder has fulfilled the financial and experience criteria for the lots grouped together.

1.            Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing April 2019 revised February 2023 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.18 -21 setting forth IsDB’s policy on conflict of interest.

ISLAMIC DEVELOPMENT BANK- LOAN

         Bidding will be conducted through the National competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing April 2019 revised February 2023 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.18 -21 setting forth IsDB’s policy on conflict of interest.

    A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 80,000 (eighty thousand) FCFA. The method of payment will be to the Cashier of RVCDP against a receipt. The document will be issued to the bidder or sent by email upon presentation of the receipt of purchase of bidding document.

            Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 14/08/2025 at 12:00 noon local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 14/08/2025 immediately after latest time of submission i.e., 12:00 noon local time.

         All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of amount.

            Lot 1: 7,500,000 (Seven million five hundred thousand) FCFA,                   

            Lot 2: 7,500,000 (Seven million five hundred thousand) FCFA

            Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 14/08/2025 at 12:00 noon local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
