As part of the implementation of this project, the Mayor of the city of Douala, Contracting Authority is launching a consultation for the acquisition of building permit plates, subdivision authorizations and certificate of conformity to the Urban Community of Douala.
Participation in this tender is open to all companies registered in Cameroon.
The consultation document can be obtained at the Directorate of General Services and Heritage / Sub-Directorate of Public Contracts of the Douala City Council located at the Municipal Road located at Governor street CARRAS of BONANJO, on the 2nd floor of the NSIA building, P.O Box: 43 Douala. Tél: 233 42 15 09/ Fax : (237) 233 42 69 50, upon publication of this notice and upon presentation of a receipt showing payment of a non –refundable sum of 25.000 (twenty five thousand)FCFA into the special account CAS-ARMP N° 33598800001-89 opened for this purpose with BICEC branches of region headquarters and branches in Limbe and Dschang.
The descriptive and quantitative estimate, shall be calculate duty free on value added tax (H/TVA) and all inclusives taxes and submitted, latest, 18TH MARCH 2021 at 12 a.m local time, in sealed and stamped envelopes, addressed to the project owner; bearing the following inscription

The services are performed in single package and are spread over twelve (12) months.
Each offer drafted in English or French in eight (08) copies including one (01) original and 07 (seven) photocopies marked as such and one (01) digital copy, alongside a signed submission model, shall be submitted at the sub-direction of Publics Contracts of the Douala City Council located at the Municipal Road located at Governor street CARRAS of BONANJO, on the 2nd floor of the NSIA building, PO Box: 43 Douala. Tél. 233 421 509/ Fax: (237) 233 426 950, an shall be opened, latest, on the 18TH MARCH 2021 at 1pm local time, by the internal Tenders Board of the Douala City Council in its meeting room located on the basement of the Municipal and Multi-media Center of Douala 1, Bonanjo in the presence of bidders or their representatives having a perfect knowledge of the offers.
