The General Manager of the Cameroon Development Corporation launches an Open National Invitation to Tender No. 007/CDC/ISD/ ITB/17 of 18/5/2017 for the Supply of Inks/Toners and Hardware Materials.
The nature of the services involves the handling, transportation and Supply of the Inks/Toners and Hardware Materials as specified in the Technical Specifications as per the following lots;

The Supplies of the above shah be financed by the CDC 2017-Budget
Interested Bidders can consult the tender documents at the General Manager's Office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 a.rn_to-4.p.m) Mondays to Fridays as from 18/5/2017
Bidders can collect complete tender documents from the General Manager's office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 am to 4pm) Mondays to Fridays as from 18/5/2017 upon the payment of a non-refundable sum of 95,000 FCFA for the Tender to ARMP Special Account No. 335 98800001-89
Complete offers written in either English or French and in Seven (7) copies (One Original and Six (6) Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be deposited at the General Manager's Office (Room 314) on or before the 16/6/17 at 1.00 p.m local time.
All deiiveries shah be done at the CDC Head Office Bota-Limbe. The duration of execution shah not exceed Sixty (60) Days after the notification of the Administrative orders to commence supplies.
Bidders shall provide Bid Bonds issued by a Commercial Bank or Financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11 as follows;

The Bid Opening Session shall take place at the Tenders Board Office opposite CDC• Head office Bota-Limbe on the 16/6/17 at 2:00 pm local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duly mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder shall be allowed in the openinq session
- There is absence of an Administrative document.
- They do ive have complete Technical Offers/ Financial Offers.
- They do not score 3 out of 4 of the. qualification criteria which must include (b)-
- They have falsified documents or false declarations

The non-respect of 3 out of 4 of the above criteria which must include (b) shall resuit to the elimination of the offer.
- This invitation to tender is divided into lots and a bidder can win more than one lot.
Bidders shall remain committed to their offers for a period of NINETY (90) Days from the date of bid opening.
