The General Manager of the Cameroon Development Corporation launches an Open. National Invitation to Tender No. 008/CDC/TSD/I.T.B/17 of 22/5/17 for the Supply of Servicing/Maintenance Materials for CDC Technical Services Department.

The nature of the services involves the handling, transportation and Supply of Servicing/Maintenance Materials as specified in the Technical Specifications as per the following lots;

Lot One: Supply of Plant Maintenance Materials

Lot Two: Supply of Servicing/Maintenance Materials for Tractors and Trailers Lot Three: Supply of Seivicing/Repair Materials for Heavy Equipment

1. 1.       The estimated budget for the supplies is as follows;

This invitation to Tender is open to Enterprises which have experience in the supply of the above.

The Supplies of the above shall be fineced by the CDC 2017 Budget

Interested Bidders can consult the tender documents at the General Manager's Office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 a.m to 4 p.m) Mondays to Fridays as from 22/5/2017

Bidders can collect complete tender documents from the General Manager's office (Room 208) during working hours (7.30 am to 1pm) Mondays to Fridays as from the 22/5/17 upon the payment of a non-refundable sum of 130,000 FCFA for the Tender to ARMP Special Account No. 335 98800001­89 with BICEC.

Complete offers written in either English or French and in Seven (7) copies (One Original and Six (6) Copies) sealed in an envelope shall be depositcd at the General Manager's Office (Room 314) on or before the 21/6/2017 at 1.00 P.M local time.

Ail deliveries shall be done at the Corporation's Supplies Department, CDC Tiko. The duration of execution shall not exceed Sixty (60) Days after the notification of the Administrative orders to commence supplies.

Bidders shah! provide Bid Bonds issued by a Commercial Bank or Financial Institution authorised to issue Bid Bonds for Public Contracts as per the list in Doc. 11 as follows;

The Bid Opening Session shall take place at the CDC Internai Tenders Board Conference Hall on the 21/6/2017 at 2.00 PM local time in the presence of the Bidders or their duiy mandated representatives. Only one Representative per bidder shall be allowed in the Bid opening session.

- They have incomplete Technical Offers/ Financial Offers. - They do not score 3 out of 4 of qualification criteria which must include (b)

- They have falsified documents or false declarations
