Unit sand the Organization and functioning of their services;
MINDFUL of Decree N°. 2017/343 of  03/07/2017, appointing Mr. SIMON EMILE MOOH, Administrateur Civil Principal Hors Echelle, Senior Divisional Officer for Bui Division;
MINDFUL of Decree 2018/366 of 20/06/2018, to institute the new Public Contract Code;
MINDFUL of Decree N°. 2019/030 of 23/01/2019, organizing the Ministry of Territorial Administration;

CONSIDERING Decision 00000158/CAB/MlNMAP of 15/03/2019 appointing Mr. SHWAl Valentine, Chairman of the Bui Divisional Tenders Board;

CONSIDERING Calls for tenders: -

-N° 05/ONIT E.26/BDT/MlNESEC/2019 of 22/05/2019, for the reconstruction of  two classrooms each at GBHS jakiri lot l in Jakiri Sub Division and GBHS Kumbo lot 2, in Kumbo Division, Bui Division;

-N° 01/RQ/ E.26/B0TB/ MlNAT/2019 OF 22/05/2019, for the supply of Household equipment at the Divisional Officer's Residence Kumbo;

- N° 03/RQ/E.26/13DTB/MlNDDEVEL/2019 OF 22/05/2019, for the supply of office equipment at the Divisional Delegation for MINDDEVEL Kumbo, Bui Division; CONSIDERING the Award Proposal contained in tetters 040/E.26/BDTB/2019 and 041/E25/BDTB of 01/08/2019 from the Chairman of the Bui Divisional Tenders Board;
CONSIDERING the necessity of service;

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

ARTICLE With effect from the date of signature of the present Decision the contracts for the execution of the following projects have been awarded as follows:

ARTICLE II: 1This Decision shall be Registered and published whenever and wherever necessary.
