The State of Cameroon represented by the Contracting Authority, hereby launches a request for Quotation for the acquisition and installation of solar street lights in MBONGE Municipality SOUTH WEST REGION
With amount of the project of F CFA 50 000 000)
Participation in this invitation is open to\registered qualified contractors of the Republic of Cameroon
The said supplies shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget (PIB) of the Ministry of Water Resources and Energy for 2021 financial year, assigned to the Mayor of Mbonge as Delegated Authorizing officers. With Budget Head N°55 32 422 02 641916 2254 (With amount of the project of F CFA 50 000 000)
The Consultation file shall be obtained at the Mbonge Council, Telephone N° 675 730 808/677 420 974 within working hours as from the date of publication of this invitation
The Consultation file shall be acquired from the Mbonge Council, Telephone N°675 730 808/677 420 974., as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a Treasury receipt against payment of a nonrefundable sum of (50 000) Fifty thousand CFA francs, payable at the Council Treasury Mbonge representing the cost of purchasing the tender file.
Each offer drafted in English or French in Six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such in accordante with the prescriptions of the Request for Quotation file should be submitted at the Mbonge Council at the Service for the award of Public Contracts, not later than 30TH March 2021 at 10. 00 am prompt local time and shall be labelled as follows:

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Contracting Authority shall be Sixty (60) days, as from the date of notification of the service order
Each offer drafted in English or French in Six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such in accordante with the prescriptions of the Request for Quotation file should be submitted at the Mbonge Council at the Service for the award of Public Contracts, not later than 30TH March 2021 at 10. 00 am prompt local time and shall be labelled as follows:

The Opening of bids in one phase shall be done on 30TH March 2021 at 11.00 AM in the Conference Hall of Mbonge Council by the Internai Tenders' board. Bidders may attend or be represented by duly mandated persons of their choice.
The bids shall be evaluated exclusive on ail taxes inclusive and accompanied by a signed model of submission.
Bidders shall remain committed to their offers for 60 days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
