The Lord Mayor of MBENGWI Council/Delegated Contracting Authority hereby launches a Request for Quotation for the PURCHASE OF AN AMBULANCE TO THE MBENGWI URBAN INTERGRATED HEALTH CENTER in MBENGWI Sub Division of MOMO Division in the North West Region.

The services of this request for quotation include the Purchase of an Ambulance to the Mbengwi Urban Intergrated Health Center

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 35,000,000 (Thirty five million francs)

This project shall be financed by MINSANTE PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET 2021

The file may be consulted and obtained at the MBENGWI Council, Mayor’s Secretariatwith effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 40,000 (Francs CFA Forty  thousand Francs) into the MBENGWI Council Municipal Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the tender file. 

The file may be consulted and obtained at the MBENGWI Council, Mayor’s Secretariatwith effect from the date of signature of this Tender Notice upon presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 40,000 (Francs CFA Forty  thousand Francs) into the MBENGWI Council Municipal Treasury, representing the cost of purchasing the tender file. 

Complete bidders’ files, including all administrative documents, must be deposited in 07 copies including the original file and 06 copies on the 17/03/2021at 10:00 am local time in sealed envelopes, in the Mayors’ Secretariat :

The dead line of execution is Thirty (30) days from the date of notification for this Jobbing Order to begin.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in this REQUEST FOR QUOTATION File, of an amount 700,000 CFA (Seven hundred thousand Francs) CFA and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

Bids will be opened on the 17/03/2021at 11:00 AM in the conference hall of the MBENGWI Council by the Tender’s Board members, in the presence of the bidders or their mandated representatives with full knowledge of the files if they so desire.

The bids will be evaluated exclusively of value added tax (VAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by a signed model submission.
