As part of airport infrastructures’ rehabilitation programme, the General Manager of Aéroports Du Cameroun (ADC) S.A., Contracting Authority, hereby launches a Consultation for the provisional waterproofing of Pier “A” terrace roof at the Douala International Airport.
The work shall consist in :
- Drafting of an inventory of fixtures;
- Diagnosis of surfaces inflitrated by rainwater;
- Industrial cleaning of surfaces to be impregnated;
- Installation and application of a cold seal coating; and
- Installation and commissioning of a roof sandwich.
The estimated cost of work in this Consulytation is approximately thirty millions (30,000,000) CFA Francs TI.

This Consultation is open, on equal conditions, to companies installed in the Republic of Cameroon and specialized in building work.
The work sthat constitutes the subject of this consultation shall be financed by the budget of Aéroports du Cameroun S.A., 2017 Financial Year, Budget Head 20100102.2.

SITE VISIT
For a better appreciation of services to be provided, a guided tour shall be organized for bidders on 06/02/2017 from 11am. The meeting place shall be the Airport Director’s secretariat.
The Consultation File may be obtained from the Contract Service of Aéroports du Cameroun S.A, located at the Yaounde-Nsimalen International Airport, Tel. 222 23 26 02 Extensions 359/335, upon publication of this notice, against presentation of a receipt attesting to the payment of the sum of fifty thousand (50,000) CFA Francs in the account referred to as “CAS Special Account – ARMP” opened in the following BICEC branches: (Yaounde Central Branch, Douala Bonanjo, Limbe, Buea, Dschang, Bafoussam, Bertoua, Ebolowa, Bamenda, Ngaoundere, Garoua and Maroua).
Bids drafted in English or French, in seven (07) copies, including the original copy and six (06) copies labelled as such, shall be submitted to the Contract Service of Aéroports du Cameroun S.A located at the Yaounde-Nsimalen International Airport, Tel. 222 23 36 02, Extensions 359/335, no later than on 14/02/2017 at 11 am, and shall be labelled as follows:

To be opened only during the tender opening session”
The Contracting Authority hopes that the work will be carried out within two (02) months. However, the successful bidder may propose a deadline less than that prescribed in the Request for Consultation.

Besides, the absence of one of the administrative documents listed below shall lead to the rejection of the tender:
- Non-bankruptcy certificate ;
- NSIF Submission certificate;
- Certificate of non-exclusion from public contracts issued by ARMP.
- Bid bond ;
- Debt-clearance certificate ;
- Site visit certificate;
- Bandk domiciliation certificate ;
- Receipt of payment of consultation file purchase fees.
The bids shall be opened on 14/02/2016 at 12 o’clock in the meeting hall of Internal Tenders Board, located at the Yaounde-Nsimalen International Airport, in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives with a perfect knowledge of the submission file.
The bids shall be expressed in value-added tax-exclusive and tax-inclusive figures and shall be accompanied with the stamped and signed submission model.

The order letter shall be awarded to the bidder with the lowest bid and fulfilling the required administrative and technical capacities.
Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of sixty (60) days, with effect from the date of submission of their bids.
