1. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures as specified in Fund’s Principles for Procurement of Goods, works and Services (the Principles) and Procedures for procurement of goods, works and non-consulting services (the Procedures), and is open to all eligible bidders.
1. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of amount.
Lot 1: 25,500,000 (twenty-five million five hundred thousand) FCFA, and
Lot 2: 26,500,000 (twenty-six million five hundred thousand) FCFA

A complete set of bidding documents in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) FCFA. The method of payment will be to the Cashier of RVCDP against a receipt. The document will be issued to the bidder or sent by email upon presentation of the receipt of purchase of bidding document
1. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 04/03/2026 at 12:00 noon local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 04/03/2026 immediately after latest time of submission i.e., 12:00 noon local time.
