MINDFUL OF:the open national invitation to tender in emergency procedure N°001/ONIT/WIDIKUM- BOFFE COUNCIL/WCITB/20I9 OF 08/05/2019, Forthe Construction of a Potable Gravity Water Supply
Scheme in Widikum Town Phase I- Widikum Sub Division, Momo Division.

DECIDES

Article 1: That jobbing order fortheFor the Construction of a Potable Gravity Water Supply Scheme in Widikum Town Phase I- Widikum Sub Division, Momo Division, following the invitation to Tender mentioned abov is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below:

Article 2: ETS BACHE LTD is requested to report atthe Lord Mayor of Widikum Boffe Council to sign the Draft jobbing order.
Article 3: Bidders who were not successful are requested to withdraw their files in two weeks time. After this deadline, they will be destroyed.
Article 4:this present decision shall be published and registered where need be.
