Mindful of:the DecreeNo.2018/366 of 20th June 2018 to institute the Public Contracts code.
Mindful of:the open national invitation to tenderin emergency procedure N° 002/ONIT/WIDIKUMBOFFECOUNCIL/WCITB/2019 OF 09/05/2019 For the Construction of a Potable Gravity Water Supply Scheme in Ekoh-Widikum Sub Division, Momo Division.

DECIDES

Article 1:That jobbing order forthe Construction of a Potable Gravity Water Supply Scheme in Ekoh - Widikum Sub Division, Momo Division, following the invitation to Tender mentioned above is awarded to the the enterprise herin mentiond below:

Article 2: ODYSSEY UNITED (OUTE) COMPANYLTD is requested to report attheLord Mayor of Widikum Boffe Council to sign the Draft jobbing order.
Article 3: Bidders who werenot successful are requested to withdraw their files in two weeks time. After this deadline, theywillbe destroyed.
Article 4:this present decision shall be published and registered where need be.
