Mindful of: the Decree 2011/412 of 9th December  2011 Organizing the government
Mindful of: the N° 20I1/412 of 9th December 2011 organizing the Presidency of the Republic

Mindful of:the 2012/474 of 8th march 2012 relating to the setting up, reorganizing and functioning of the tender Board;
Mindful of:the circular N° 001/CAB/PR of 19th June 2012 the award and control of execution of public contracts;
Mindful of:the decree N° 2013/271 of 5th August 2013 disposition of Decree N° 2012/074 of 8th march 2012 relating to the setting up of or ganisation and functioning  of tender boards
Mindful of:the NW000090/0/MlMTD/DCTD/of 01/11/2013 to endorse the election of Mr Jeff Romanus verkijika, as Mayor of Jakiri council.
Mindfulof. the decision N° 00000446/D/MINMAP/SG/DAJ of 20th July 2016 appointing members of the Jakiri council Internal Tenders board.
Considering the invitation to tender N° 02/ONIT/JCITB/Jakin/2019 of 06/06/2019 for the rural electrification of Ntunir village
Article1:That the jobbing order for the rural electrification of Ntunir village ,funded by BIP with the following the Invitation to Tender mentioned above has been awarded to Ets Blanche et fils Tel 675211653. for the sum of forty nine  milllon four hundred and ninety thousand and six hundred and fifty two franc (49,490,6522)franc CFA Tax inclusive within the period of three (03)months.
