A Request for Quotation including bidding conditions, scope of the works and contract conditions is made available by the Council to any qualified contracting company interested in executing such works. The Request for Quotation documents may be withdrawn al nn cost at the Council or at PNDP South West Regional Office, starting on 24 JANUARY 2017 , during working hours, between 08 O'clock AM and 03:30 O'clock PM.
The total cost of the micro-projects is thirty two million nine hundred and sixty six thousand eighty francs 32.966.080 CFA Francs all taxes inclusive
The participation to this bidding process is open to the following companies who submitted a request for prequalification and who are registered by the regional Coordination Unit of PNDP South West in the Hydraulic field of intervention and any other company not registered Linder the PNDP but will to submit additional documents annexes to Ibis present Request for Quotation.
Each bid in French or in English, should be presented in SEVEN (07) copies with one (01) original and SIX (6) copies, in accordance with the requiremcnts of the Request for Quotation document, the document will be depositcd against a duly signed receipt or acknowlcdgment letter at the KONYE Council office or at PNDP South West Office, latent the ___________at 11 am
