Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2021, the Mayor of Idenau, Contracting Authority, hereby launches a request for quotation by Emergency Procedure for the supply of medical equipment to Sanje Health Centre

The services of this contract include: (supply, transportation, handling and acceptance of equipment).

This tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of this invitation to tender.

lnterested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this tender notice. at the General Secretariat, Idenau Council chambers.

The file may be obtained from the office of the General Secretariat, Idenau Council as soon as this notice is published against payment of a non-refundable sum of 20.000 FCFA for the tender to the Idenau Municipal Treasury with an acknowledgement receipt thereof

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six i (06) copies marked as such, should reach the General Secretariat, Idenau Council on at 10.00 am local time and labelled.

Bidders must include in their administrative documents a bid bond issued by a bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC featuring on the list in Document 11 of the tender file of an amount of: 160.000 FCFA with a validity period of thirty (30) days beyond the validity of the bids.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on  19/04/2021at 11.00 am local

time by the Idenau Council Internai Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of Idenau Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

bid shall be rejected if:

v  It Iacks a bid security,

v  It does not conform with Administrative documents,

v  The technical/financial specifications are incomplete

f       The bidder has antecedents of non-execution of contracts.

12. MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

The criteria for qualification of candidates shall be based on the following:

Non-compliance with 02 criteria above shall entail rejection of the bid.

NB: The marking scale for bids by award of points is banned in favour of the binary method (Yes or No).

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
