The State of Cameroon represented by the Contracting Authority, hereby launches a request for Quotation for the supply of medical equipment at CMA Mbonge in Meme Division, South West Region This request for quotation comprises the follow Elements:

The Consultation file shall be obtained at the Mbonge Council within working hour as from the date of publication.

Participation in this invitation is open to registered qualified contractors with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in the domain of medical supplies, who are capable of realizing the supply within the contractuel deadline.

The supplies, subject of this request for quotation, shall be financed by the Public lnvestment Budget of 2021 of Ministry of public health. Assigned to the Mayor of Mbonge Council as Delegated Authorizing officers with Budget Heads N^°675 730 808/677 420 974 respectively.

The Consultation file shall be obtained at the Mbonge Council within working hour as from the date of publication.

Consultation file shall be acquired from the Mbonge Council, at the Service of award of Public Contracts, Telephone N° 675 730 808/677 420 974 as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of Treasury receipt

Against payment of a non- refundable sum of Fifty Thousand (50 00)-irszacs CFA et the Municipal Treasury

Each offer drafted in English or French in Six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such in accordante with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted at the Mbonge Council for, not lacer thon 6sh April 2021 at 10. 00 AM prompt local time and shall be labelled as folloNs:

"REQUEST FOR QUOTATION No 02/RQ//MBONGE COUNCIL/MEME/ITB//2021 OF 12'' MARCH 2021 FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AT CMA MBONGE IN MEME DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION TO BE OPENED ONL Y DURING THE BID OPENING SESSION"

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Mayor of Mbonge shall be Thirty (30) days, as from the date of notification of the service order

Each offer drafted in English or French in Six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such in accordante with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted at the Mbonge Council for, not lacer thon 6sh April 2021 at 10. 00 AM prompt local time and shall be labelled as folloNs:

"REQUEST FOR QUOTATION No 02/RQ//MBONGE COUNCIL/MEME/ITB//2021 OF 12'' MARCH 2021 FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AT CMA MBONGE IN MEME DIVISION, SOUTH WEST REGION TO BE OPENED ONL Y DURING THE BID OPENING SESSION"

The Opening of bids in one phase shall be done on 6¹¹⁴ April at 11.00 AM at the Mbonge Council Hall of by the Mbonge Council internal Tenders' board. Only bidders may attend or be represented by duly mandated persons of their choice.

The bids shall be evaluated exclusive of value added tax (EVAT) and ail taxes inclusive (ATI) and accomponied by a signed model of submission.

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Mayor of Mbonge shall be Thirty (30) days, as from the date of notification of the service order.
