The State of Cameroon represented by the Contracting Authority, hereby launches a request for Quotation for the acquisition of a speed boat and an out-board engine for the Mbonge Council, in Meme Division, South West Region

This request for quotation comprises the follow Elements:

Participation in this invitation is open to registered qualified contractors with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in the domain of supplies, who are capable of realizing the supply within the contractual cleadline.

The supplies, subject of this request for quotation, shall be financed by the Mbonge Council Budget for 2021. The Mayor of Mbonge Council as Authorizing officers with Budget Heads N^°675 730 808/677 420 974 respectively

The Consultation file shah be obtained at the Mbonge Council within working hour as from the date of publication.

Consultation file shall be acquired from the Mbonge Council, at the Service of award of Public Contracts, Telephone N° 675 730 808/677 420 974 as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of Treasury receipt

Against payment of a non- refundable sum of Fifty Thousand (50 000) francs CFA at the Municipal Treasury Mbonge. The receipt shall carry the name of the company.

Each offer clrafted in English or French in Six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such in accordance with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted at the Mbonge Council for, not later thon 13 April 2021 at 10. 00 AM prompt local time and shall be labelled as follows:

The maximum execution deadline provided for by the Mayor of Mbonge shall be Thirty (30) days, as from the date of notification of the service order.

Each offer clrafted in English or French in Six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such in accordance with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted at the Mbonge Council for, not later thon 13 April 2021 at 10. 00 AM prompt local time and shall be labelled as follows:

The Opening of bids in one phase shall be done on 13 April at 11.00 AM at the Mbonge Council Hall

Bidders shall remain committed to their offers for 60 days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
