The Quotation file may be acquired from the Tinto council Technical service upon presentation of a non-refundable treasury receipt of Twelve thousand (12,000) francs CFA bearing the name of the company from the Tinto Municipal Treasury.

Each offer or bid drafted in English or French in Six (06) copies including the original and five (05) copies marked as such in accordance with the prescriptions of the tender file should be submitted against a receipt at the Mayor of TINTO COUNCIL office not later than 20/04/2021. at 09 am local time and should carry the inscription:

The opening of the bids in one phase shah be done on 20/04/2021 at 10 am in the Conference Hall of TINTO COUNCIL by the competent tenders' board.

Bids should be cost inclusive of value added tax (VAT) and all taxes inclusive (ATI) and accompanied by the signed model tender if your bid is chosen.
