C2D-RegionalCapitalsandappointment ofpersonnel of the Unit.
Considering Open National Invitation to Tender N° 003/ONIT/BCC/ITB/2018 of 08th August 2019 for the construction of
fifteen(15) toilets in Government Primary Schools in Bamenda in six(6) Lots under the emergency procedure.

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS.

Article 1: That the enterprise AMBE FAMILY, P.O Box 662 Bamenda, Tel:662317567 is awarded the contract N° 001/C/BCC/C2D-C2/LCU/ENG/2020: LOT 3 for the construction of fifteen (15) toilets in Government Primary Schools in Bamenda in six(6) Lots, worth twenty-seven million seven hundred and thirty-one thousand seven hundred and thirty-four (27731734) Francs CFA inclusive of value added tax.
Article 2:That the enterprise AMBE FAMILY will execute the works in eight(8) calendar months as from the date of notification of the service order to start the works.
Article 3:That the drafting and the formatting of the documents constituting this contractare ensured by the Contracting Authority and the reproduction ofthe present contract in seven (7) subscribed copies is at the charges of the Contractor.
