Council Establishments and its subsequent Amendments.

Bamenda City Council.
MINDFUL of Municipal Decision N°. 102/MD/2018 bearing on the creation of the Local Coordination Unit (LCU)of the
C2D-Regional Capitals and appointment of personnel of the Unit.
Considering Open National Invitation to Tender N° 003/ONIT/BCC/ITB/2018 of 08th August 2019 for the construction of
fifteen(15) toilets in Government Primary Schools in Bamenda in six(6) Lots under the emergency procedure.

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS.

Article 1:That the enterprise M&D CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, P.O Box 66 Fimdong, Tel: 674 874 866 is awarded the contract N° 002/C/BCC/C2D-.RC2/LCU/ENG/2020: LOT5 for the construction of fifteen (15) toilets in Government Primary Schools in Bamenda in six (6) Lots, worth fourteen million nine hundred and eighty thousand seven hundred and eighty-one (14 980 781) Francs CFA inclusive of value added tax.
Article 2:That the enterprise M&D CONSTRUCTION COMPANY will execute the works in four (4) calendar months as from the date of notification of the service order to start the works
Article 3:That the drafting and the formatting of the documents constituting this contractare ensured by the Contracting Authority and the reproduction ofthe present contract in seven (7) subscribed copies is at the charges of the Contractor.
