1.Objet New(Additif)

Within the framework of the Public Investment Budget 2026, the Mayor of Idenau, Contracting Authority, hereby launches a request for quotation by Emergency Procedure for the supply of Equipment to the Multi-Purpose Banquet Hall Phase I, (300, conference chairs, 30 mini executive chairs, 20 tables, air conditioners, musical set, and curtains).

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The services of this contract include: (supply, transportation, handling and acceptance of equipment).

3.Cout Prévisionnel New(Additif)

The estimated cost after preliminary study is 20,000,000 FCFA.

4.Participation et origine New(Additif)

This consultation is open to duly legalised Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of this request for quotation

5.Financement New(Additif)

The services, subject of this request for quotation shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2026 financial year; Budget Head No. 

6.Consultation du Dossier New(Additif)

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information during working hours as from the date of publication of this consultation notice, at the General Secretariat, Idenau Council chambers.

7.Acquisition du Dossier New(Additif)

The file may be obtained from the office of the General Secretariat, Idenau Council as soon as this notice is published against payment of a non-refundable sum of 20.000 FCFA for the quotation to the Idenau Municipal Treasury with an acknowledgement receipt thereof.

8.Remises des offres New(Additif)

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the General Secretariat, Idenau Council 15/04/2026- at 10.00 am local time and labelled.

“To be opened only during the bid opening session

9.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum delivery deadline provided by the Contracting Authority is two (02) months.

10.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Bidders must include in their administrative documents a bid bond issued by a bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognised by COBAC featuring on the list in Document 11 of the consultation file of an amount of: 400,000 FCFA with a validity period of thirty (30) days beyond the validity of the bids.

 

If the bidder is awarded the contract/jobbing order, the bid bond will be released after the final bond has been established.

 

The bid bond should be provided in accordance with the Circular Letter No 000019/LC/MINMAP of 5th June 2024 relating to the modalities of constitution, deposit, conservation, restitution and withdrawal of bond on public contracts. This bid bond should be authenticated by a certificate issued by CDEC.

12.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on 15/04/2026 at 11.00 am local time by the Idenau Council Internal Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of Idenau Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

13.Critères d'évaluation New(Additif)

A bid shall be rejected if:

v  It lacks a bid security,

-          It does not conform with Administrative documents, in accordance with the rules and regulations in force;

v  The technical/financial specifications are incomplete

v  The bidder has antecedents of non-execution of contracts.

 

12.      MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

The criteria for qualification of candidates shall be based on the following:

 

v  Access to credit or other financial  sources – Financial capacity of 10 000 000 FCFA                  Yes / No

v  Supplier’s references  Yes / No        

v  Experience of supervisory staff Yes / No    

Non-compliance with 02 criteria above shall entail rejection of the bid.                  

 

14.Durée Validité des Offres New(Additif)

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the deadline set for the submission of bids

15.Renseignements Complémentaires New(Additif)
