Mindful of the constitution:

Mindful of Law N° 2004/017 Of 22/07/2004, on the orientation of Decentralization;

Mindful of Law N° .2004/18 of 22nd July 2004, to lay down rules applicable to Councils;

Mindful of Decree No 77/91 of 25th March 1977 determining the supervisory power ofCouncils, Council Unions and council establishments

Mindful of Decree No. 2004/275 of 24th September 2004 relative toPublic contracts.

Mindful of decree No 2008/377of 11th November 2008 defining the attributions of Heads of Administrative units and bearing on the organization and functioning of their services

Mindful of Decree No.2011/408 of09/12/2011 to re-organize theGovernment of theRepublic of Cameroon;

Mindful of DecreeNo.2011/410 Of09/12/2011 forming theGovernment of the Republic of Cameroon

Mindful of Decree No.2005/104 of 13 /04/2005 organizing the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization;

Mindful of Decree No.2017/343 of 3rd July 2017 appointing Mr. SIMON EMILB MOOH Administrative Civil Principal Hors Echelle as Senior Divisional Officer for Bui;
Mindful of Order N°.00000092/0//MINATD/DCTD of 01/11/2013 endorsing the election of Mr. NGUM Jerome NJIOH, as Lord Mayor of Elak Council;

Considering Decree N°. 201 8/336 of 20/06/2018 instituting Public Contract Code

CONSIDERING the necessity of service;

HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS

Article 1 :That from the date of signature of this order, the above Jobbing Order has been awarded as follows;

Article 2: That the Municipal Treasurer and the Council Development Officer Elak Council are each charged in their spheres of competence with the execution of this order which shall be registered and communicated where and when need arises.
