Within the framFOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BLOCK OF TWO (02) CLASSROOMS AT GOVERNMENT NURSERY SCHOOL BABENSI Iework of the 2024 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Nguti Council on behalf of the Minister of Livestock, Fisheries and Animal Husbandry hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by emergency 

The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.

4.         The estimated cost after preliminary st is 25 000 000 FRS.

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2026 financial year budgetary head:

The file may be consulted during working hours at the secretariat of the Mayor of Nguti Council as soon as this notice is published.

The file may be obtained from the secretariat of the mayor of Nguti Council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 40,000FCFA, payable at the Nguti Council Treasury.

Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the execution of the works forming tl subject of this invitation to tender is the (03) months

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued

by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 400 000 CFAFand valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shall be opened in a single (04) phase on the/09/04/2026 at llam local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Nguti Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

The Contracting Authority shall award the contract to the bidder whose bid was judged essentially in conformity with the Tender File and who has the required technical and financial capacities to execute the contract satisfactorily and whose bid was evaluated as the lowest by including, where necessary, proposed rebates

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
