Within the framework of the 2024 Public Investment Budget, the Mayor of Nguti Council on behalf of the Minister of Livestock, Fisheries and Animal Husbandry hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by emergency procedure for the drilling of a Borehole and the construction of a stand tap at GNS BABENSI I Nature of services
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
4. The estimated cost after preliminary st is 10 000 000 FRS.
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender
Services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2026 financial year budgetary head:

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of 400 000 CFAFand valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shah be opened in a single (04) phase on the 09 /4/2026 at 11 am local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Nguti Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney
A bid shall be out rightly rejected if:
It lacks bid bond;
Rejection after 48hours
The technical score is less than the
minimum required;
It has any fake or forged document;
It lacks any quantified unit price;
It carries any false information.
It does not respect the model
documents
The bidder has antecedents of
abandoned or uncompleted projects.
