The bids shall be opened in a single (04) phase on the A09/04/2026 at l lam local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Nguti Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney

A bid shall be out rightly rejected if:

lacks bid bond;

Rejection after 48hours

The technical score is less than the

minimum required;

It has any fake or forged document;

It lacks any quantified unit price;

It carries any false information.

Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
