Within the framework of the 2017 PUBIC INVESTMENT BUDGET, the Divisional Delegatc of Public Contracts Manyu, Contracting Authority hereby launches an OPEN NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE 2017 FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE FORESTRY AND WILDLIFE CONTROL POST AT EKOK PHASE 2, Manyu Division, South West Region

The works comprise the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided for in the technical specifications and the quantitative estimates.

These projects shall be financed by the relevant credit allocation in . the 21117 PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET per the imputations:

The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfil the requirements of invitation to tender.

The tender file can be consulted and obtained as from tOhe date of publication of this invitation to tender at the Divisional peçgation of Public Contracts Manyu, ARMP and other stake holders (or structures) recognised by the public contracts  Code.

The file may bc consultcd during working hours at the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Manyu (Finance Building) as soon as this notice is published.

The file may be obtained faim the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Manyu (Finance Building Doors 31 and 37) as soon as this notice is published against payment of the sum of twenty six thousand (26 000) CFA francs, payable at the Divisions! Treasury Mamfe, or any other state treasury (on or before the last two days to the opening of bids) as a non refundable fee representing the cost of the tender file.

Each bid drafted in English or French in five (05) copies including one original and four (04) copies marked as such, shouldbe submitted asainst presentation of a receipt at the Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Manyu not later than 30/06/2017 at 09.00 am and should carry the inscription:

Each bidder must include in his Administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document Annex No.6 of the tender file, of an amount of Three hundred thousand (300 000) CFA francs for a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening.

On pain of being rejected, only originals or true copies certified by the issuing service or administrative authorities must imperatively be produced in accordance with the Special Regulations of the invitation to tender. They must obligatorily be not eider than three (3) months preceding the date of submission of offers or may be established after the signature of the tender notice. Any offer nui in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall be declared inadmissible. Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Minister in charge of Finance or the non respect of the models of the tender file documents shall lead to a pure and simple rejection of the offer.
