The bids shah be opened in a single (04) phase on the _09/04/2026 at llam local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Nguti Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.

A bid shah be out rightly rejected if:

-        It lacks bid bond; Rejection after 48hours

-        The technical score is less than the minimum required;

It has any fake or forged document; It lacks any quantified unit price; It carries any false information. It does not respect the model documents

-        The bidder has antecedents of abandoned or uncompleted projects.
