hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender by emergency procedure FOR THE SUPPLY OF A PORTE CHAT TO
THE NGUTI COUNCIL
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications.
cost after preliminary studies is 100 000 000 FRS
Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
Services which foret the subject of this invitation to tender shall be funded by the Public Investment Budget of the 2026 financial year budgetary head:

The file may be obtained from the secretariat of the mayor of Nguti Council as soon as this notice is published upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000FCFA, payable at the Nguti Council Treasury.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of

the Tender File, of an amount of 1 500 000 CFAFand valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids

The bids shall be opened in a single (04) phase on the 13 /404/2026 at 1 lam local time by the Tenders Board of the Contracting Authority in the Conference Hall of Nguti Council. Only bidders may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney
Main Eliminatory Criteria
A bid shall be out rightly rejected if: It lacks bid bond;
Rejection after 48hours
e technical score is less than the imum required;
as any fake or forged document; acks any quantified unit price; carries any false information. It does not respect the model documents
The bidder bas antecedents of abandoned or uncompleted projects.
11. Admissibility of bids
Under pain of being rejected, only originals or certified true copies from the issuing service or administrative authorities (Senior Divisional Officers, Divisional Officers, etc.) of the documents required must imperatively be produced in accordante with the special conditions of the Invitation to tender. They must not be older than three (03) months.

The Contracting Authority shah award the
contract to the bidder whose bid was judged essentially in conformity with the Tender File and who has the required technical and financial capacities to execute the contract satisfactorily and whose bid was evaluated as the lowest by including, where necessary, proposed rebates
Bidders will remain committed to their bids for ninety (90) days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders
