• Mindful of Arrete N° 018/A/MINMAP of11 November 2013, creating the Special Tenders' Board for the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP).

• Mindful of Decision N° 00348/D/MINEPIA/SG/DAG of 25 June 2014 appointing Key Staff of the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project(LIFIDEP)

•  Mindful of Arrete N° 464/A/MINMAP of 5 December 2016, completing and modifying certain articles of Arrete N° 018/A/MINMAP of11 November 2013 creating the Special Tenders' Board for the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP).

• Mindful of the General Procurement Notice of the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project(LIFIDEP) of 10 January 2014.

•  Mindful of decree N° 2018/366 of 20/6/2018 instituting the Public Contracts Code

• Mindful of Limited International CompetitiveBidding N® 32/AOIR/PR/MINMAP/CCPM-AG/2018 of 13/3/2019 for the supply of equipment for IRAD for the Production and Administration of Genetic Materials tothe benefit of the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP]

•  Mindful of letter N° 102 /LIFIDEP-NW/ 10 /I of 26/8/2019 from Chairman of the LIFIDEP Special Tenders' Board recommending the award,

• Mindful of letter NO 000142/L/MINMAP/CCCM-AG/2019 of 15 /11/2019 from the Central Contracts Control Board for General Supplies validating the award Proposal,

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

The contract for the for the supply of Equipment for IRAD for the Production and Administration of Genetic Materials to the benefit of the Livestock And Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP]
result of Tender N° 32/AOIR/PR/MINMAP/CCPM-AG/2018 of 13/3/2019, has been awarded to GROUPE ALIVET CAMEROUN SARL, P.O Box 755 Bamenda for an amount of seven hundred and forty eight million three hundred and fifty one thousand five hundred (748 351 500) Francs CFA exclusive ofvalue added tax and an execution time of five (5) months.
