SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE

1.            The National Coordinator of the Rice Value Chain Development Project (RVCDP) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the EQUIPPING OF 05 SCHOOLS IN THE NORTH WEST REGION

1.            Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from RICE VALUE CHAIN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (RVCDP), P. O Box 1116 Bamenda, Ayaba Street adjacent Finance building , Telephone : (+237)69910 3000 /695 46 84 57, Fax : +237 233 36 16 65 ,          Email      : muluhgn@yahoo.com, info@rvcdp.org, jsangtum@rvcdp.org and inspect the bidding documents during office hours  from Mondays to Fridays  08:00 to 17:00 hours at the address given below.

1.            A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 50,000 (fifty thousand) FCFA. The method of payment will be to the Cashier of RVCDP against a receipt. The document will be issued to the bidder or sent by email upon presentation of the receipt of purchase of bidding document.

1.            Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 29/04/2026 at 12:00 noon local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 29/04/2026 immediately after latest time of submission i.e., 12:00 noon local time.

8 months from date of notification to start supply services

1.            All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of amount.

            Lot 1: 1,600,000 (one million six hundred thousand) FCFA,

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 29/04/2026 immediately after latest time of submission i.e., 12:00 noon local time.

1.            Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing April 2019 revised February 2023 (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.18 -21 setting forth IsDB’s policy on conflict of interest.
