CONSIDERING: the terms of Restricted Consultation to Tender No 01/RCT/MINEPAT/RDNW/SEA/2019 after authorization N° 004683/UMINMAP/SG/DGMI/DMBEC/CEA3/AJSL of 03/09/2019 for the execution ofthe tarring (Double layer surface dressing) of two stretches of the Inter New Road to Station (Hot Spot) - Ternifor and Bretelle to PC Ntemifor in Bamenda 1 Mezam Division of the North WestRegion

DECIDES

Article1: That, the Contract to carryout tarring (Double layersurface dressing) of two stretches of the Inter New Road to Station (Hot Spot) - Ternifor and Bretelle to PC Ntemifor In Bamenda 1 Mezam Division of the North West Region following Restricted Consultation to Tender N° 01/RCT/MINEPAT/RDNW/SEA/2019 after authorization N° 004683/L/MINMAP/SG/DGMI/DMBEC/CEA3/AJSL of 03/09/2019 is awarded to the enterprise herein mentioned below, as follows:
