Bids submitted after the deadline will not be received.

The maximum delivery deadline provided for by the Delegated Contracting Authority for the delivery of the equipment is one (01) month.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first­rate bank or insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance, featuring on the list in document VI of the Tender File, of an amount of two hundred and seventy thousand (270,000) CFA francs and valid for thirty (30) days as from the submission deadline.

Under penalty of being rejected, the documents required in the administrative file must be produced in originals or in certified true copies by the issuing authority or by the competent administrative authority in accordance with the stipulations of the Specific Regulations of the Quotation/tender File. They must be less than three (03) months old or must have been established after the signing of the Quotation/tender File.
Any incomplete Offer in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Quotation will be declared inadmissible. In particular, the absence of the bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry of Finance or by an insurance company.
