The maximum time-limit provided by the Contracting Authority for the delivery of the services which are the purpose of this Consultation Notice is twenty (20) days with effect from the date of notification of the instruction to perform the contract.

The required administrative documents must be submitted in original copies or copies certified true by the service which issued them, otherwise they shah be rejected. They shall date not more than three (03) months or shah be issued after signing of this Notice.
Any bid reaching after the prescribed date and time limits shah not be admissible.
The opening of bids shall be carried out in one stage by FEICOM's Tenders Board in FEICOM's conference room on 01 MARS 2017 at 12 o'clock prompt.
