The General Manager of the Special Council Support Fund for Mutual Assistance (FEICOM), Conracting Authority, hereby launches a Consultation for a quotation request to supply tyres, valves and fitting them on vehicles relating thereto.

The technical characteristics of the said tyres shah! be specified in the Consultation Document.

The service of this Letter of Purchase shall consist in the supply of tyres, valves as well as fitting them on the vehicles of FEICOM.

The estimated cost for this service shall be CFA F twenty-five million (25 000 000) IT.

Participation in this Consultation shah be open to National Companies specialized in the field, having a store of tyres and a fitting device

The service concerned in this Consultation shall be funded by the budget of the Special Council Support Fund for Mutuel Assistance (FEICOM), on the budget line N°61-21-300: Maintenance of transport equipment, 2017 Financial Year.

Each bid drafted in English or in French in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies labelled as such, should reach in a sealed envelope in the Mobilization of Financial Resources, Accounting and Assets Management Department (Contracts and Procurempt Service), situated in the Head Office of FEICOM in Yaounde (Mimboman), latest on 24 FEV 2017 at 11 :00 a.m.prompt and should be labelled as follows:

The maximum deadline provided by the Contracting Authority shah be 20 days, with effect from the date of notification of the service order to start the execution of this Letter of Purchase.

Under the pains of rejection, the administrative documents required should absolutely be produced in originels or in certified true copies by the issueing service or by the competent administrative authority. They should be dated not more than three (03) months or having been issued prior to the date of signing of this Notice.

Bids reaching after the date and deadlines of submission shall be inadmissible.

The opening of bids which shall be carried out in one phase, shall take place on 24 FEV 2017 at 12 :00 p.m. prompt by the Internal Tenders Board of FEICOM in the conference room of FEICOM.

Only bidders may attend this opening session or they may be represented therein by a person of their choice duly mandated and having perfect knowledge of the file.
