The General Manager of the Special Council Support Fund for Mutual Assistance (FEICOM), Contracting Authority, in order to improve working conditions, hereby launches a Consultation Notice for the acquisition and installation of two (2) power generators for the Nord Regional Agency in Adamaoua and Extrême-Nord,

The technical characteristics of the said equipment shah be specified in the Consultation File.

The services of this contract shah consists in the acquisition, transport, and the installation of two power generators, J 88 K, each having an automatic change-over switch, equiped with a John deere engin, battery charge devices, soundproof canopies and construction of sheds for the power generators.

This estimated cost of this contract is CFA F 47 000 000 (forty seven million) TI.

Participation in this Consultation shah be open to dealer national companies, specialized in the field and capable of showing the proof of a minimal continuous experience of three (03) years in the supply and installation of power generators with more than three representations that can ensure damages.

The services of this Invitation to tender shall be funded by the Special Council Support Fund for Mutuel Assistance (FEICOM), 2016 Financial Year, under the line « 22-28-200», other equipment.

The maximum delivery deadline provided by the Contracting Authority for the delivery of the power generators the purpose of this Quotation shah be forty fine (45) days with effect from the date of notification of the service order to start the execution of the contract. The two power generators should be delivered, one to the Adamaoua Regional Agency and the other to the Extreme-Nord Regional Agency.

Under the pain of rejection, the documents of the required administrative file should be produced in originels or certified true copies by the competent authority. They should be dated not Iess than three (3) months or having been issued prior to the date of the signing of the Consultation Notice.

Bids reaching after the date and submission deadlines shall be inadmissible

Opening of Bids, which shah be carried out in one phase, shah take place on  27 FEV 2017 at 12 :00 a.m. prompt by the Internal Tenders Board of FEICOM in the Conference room Of FEICOM.
