As part of the execution of the project cited in reference, the Director General of the Gyneco-Obstetric and Pediatric Hospital of Douala, Contracting Authority, launches a consultation relating to the supply and installation of benches and consultation chairs for medical services of Douala Gyneco-Obstetric and Pediatric Hospital (DGOPH).

The supply consists essentially of the acquisition and installation of benches and consultation chairs for medical service, the detailed technical specifications of which are contained in Exhibit N ° 4 relating to the technical specifications

The estimated all tax inclusive (TTC) cost of the supply is fifteen million (15 000 000) F CFA. This amount will be supported by the DGOPH budget, line N°202152611730067222101.

The supply is comprised of one (01) single lot.

Participation in this quotation request is open to companies located in Cameroon.

The consultation file can be picked up at the Public Procurement Service of the Douala Gyneco-Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital (DGOPH) Located in Yassa, BP 43 Douala, Tel. / Fax: (237) 233 504 300/233 504 309 Douala-Cameroon, upon presentation of a receipt for payment of the non-refundable sum of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) FCFA to the CAS Account - ARMP n ° 33 59 88 00001-89 opened for this purpose by the Public Market Regulation Agency (ARMP), with BICEC agencies of the chief towns of the Regions of Cameroon during working hours every working day at the market service. This receipt must identify the payer as a representative of the Company or Group of companies wishing to participate in the Quotation Request.

Tenders written in French or in English in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, accompanied by the signed submission model, will be deposited against receipt at the Gynéco Hospital Markets Service -Obstetrics and Pediatrics of Douala (HGOPED) at the latest  21/05/2021 at 12 noon precise in a closed, sealed and sealed envelope, addressed to the Contracting Authority with the mention:

The delivery deadline of the instruments is thirty (30) days from the date of notification of the service order.

The offers drafted in English in seven (07) copies including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, along with a model of the signed bid, shall be deposited against acknowledgement of receipt at the Public Contracts Service of  the Douala Gynaeco-Obstetric and Pediatric Hospital (DGOPH ), and opened latest  on 21/05/2021  at 1pm prompt, local time, by the Tenders Board of the Douala Gynaeco-Obstetric and Pediatric Hospital (DGOPH ) sitting in the conference hall of the Administrative Building of DGOPH. The opening of bids shall take place in the presence of bidders who wish to attend or their chosen representatives who have a thorough knowledge of the tenders in their responsibility.

Eliminatories criterias
They include:
-          Absence of bid bond at opening
-          Absence or non-compliance of one of the documents in the administrative file
-          Presence of falsified documents or false declarations
-          Not all of the products to be delivered.
