The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The bids shah be opened in a single (01) phase on 26/05/2026 at 11:00am local time by the Fako Divisional Tenders Board in the office of the President, located at the Former Limbe I Council Building Down Beach Limbe. Only biddei may attend or their duly accredited representatives with Power of Attorney.
Bids shall be rejected when:
1- There's absence of bid bond with an attestatioilfrom CDEC in administrative document
2- Absence of a category D certificate of categocization from MINMAP
3- Failure to present missing, and non-compliance of documents in administrative offer 48 hours after opening
4- There's any fake document, False declaration or forged document
5- There's absence of quantified unit price
6- Absence of declaration on honour attesting that the bidder has not abandoned any project.

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates will indicatively be on the following:

NB: Non-respect of two (02) of the Qualipcm ion criteria which must not include (b) above shah entai! rejection of the bid.
NB: The marking scale for offers by scoring if points is banned in favor of the binary method (Yes or No).
The Contract shah be awarded to the lowest bidder fnilfilling the best technical and financial conditions.
Bidders shah be bound by their bids for a validity peri(R1 of 90 (ninety) days with effect from the date of ope ning of bids
