A. Main eliminatory criteria:

1. a.       administrative offers

         1) Absence or non-conformity of an administrative document after 48 hours;

    2) Absence of a bid bond;

          3) Falsified or non-authentic document;

   b. technical offers

          1) False declaration or falsified documents;

          2) Have not met at least 80% of the qualification criteria;

          3) Non justification of a realization in the past three (03) years, as a principal contractor in electrical works.

          4) Absence of a site visit report with photos.                                                                                                                                    

        c. financial offers

    1) Incomplete financial offers;

    2) Omission of a quantified unit price in the offers;

    3) Absence of an attestation of financial capacity of an amount equal to one third of the estimated cost
