FOR END OF BUILIDING TWO CLASSROOMS + AN OFFICE AT SAR/SM MANYEMEN
The works comprise the output of the preiiminary studies carried out and the detailed informations provided in the technical specifications.
The estimated cost after preiiminary studies is 6,050,000 FCFA
The tender is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.
The works which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by Public Invest Budget of the 2017 financial year: Budget Head No: 5135453026419402811451

Trie complete tender file may be obtained from the Service of award of Contracts, Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Office BANGEM upon presentation of a treasury receipt attesting to the payment of a non refundable sum of 15,000 FCFA at the Divisional Treasury of Bangem or Tombel Council Treasury.
Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (07) copies including the original and six (06) copies marked as such, should reach the Service of award of Contracts, Divisional Delegation of Public Contracts Office BANGEM, not later than 20/07/2017 at 10 a.m. local time and labeled.

These three (03) envelopes shall be put in the forth envelope and shall be the only one to have the label mentioned below
The maximum period provided for the execution of the works is fixed at two (02) months
Each bidder must include in his/her administrative documents a bid bond issued by a first rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and recognized by COBAC (Commission Bançaire pour l'Afrique Centrale) featuring on the list in Document 12 of this tender file of an amount of 121,000 FCFA.
It is set at 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive, and with a validity period of ninety (90) days from the date the bids are opened.
